.NET SQL Support - Pensacola, FL


The Senior Portal Integrator performs high level systems analysis, design, integration, programming and implementation of high priority systems/applications in a web-centric environment (e.g., NKO, ILE, Sea Warrior, Sea Warrior Afloat, etc.). All tasks are performed under a full lifecycle methodology and the Senior Portal Integrator participates in requirements definition, project management, applications design, development, documentation, testing, and deployment activities. Performs analysis of requirements and programs using web technology products (e.g., J2EE, JAVA, HTML, XML, or other tools directly related to development of products for the integration into a Portal). Prepares and reviews documents and designs/prepares technical reports, presentations, and briefs as required. The Senior Portal Integrator assures the quality of all services and deliverables.

General - Six (6) years of progressive experience in a computer related field. The Senior Portal Integrator should possess proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Specialized - Two (2) years hands on experience with web technology products (e.g., J2EE, JAVA, HTML, XML, etc.).

Supervisory - If proposed as a Task Leader, twelve (12) months experience in supervision of activities similar to those included in the specific task to which assigned.

Education and Other Requirements - The Senior Portal Integrator should possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline. An Industry certification may be required if necessary to meet task requirements.

Substitution - Directly related non-degree college-level study may be substituted for general experience (unless otherwise indicated in the skill category description) at a rate of one (1) year of study for six (6) months of experience. No more than four (4) years of non-degree study may be used to substitute for up to three (3) years of general experience. Three years of recent (within the last five (5) years) specific NETC/MPTE systems knowledge experience may be substituted for the four year degree educational requirement.
