Pathways For Change offers a myriad of clinical programs and services that support our mission of Changing Lives, Reducing Crime and Building Futures. The Men’s Residential Treatment (MRT), our signature program offers faith based addictions treatment for court ordered, non-violent men who volunteer for substance abuse treatment in a Therapeutic Community setting; The Family Center which provides Christian counseling is also a hub for social services, vocational and educational opportunities; The Clinton Cox Residence is a residential facility which serves 10 female veterans as they work toward reaching new goals in self-efficacy, increased education, vocational training and life skills. PFC is a training ground for bachelor, master and post-graduate social work and counseling interns from our local university system. Interns can choose to work at one or all of our clinical programs and provide counseling and case management to individuals, couples, families and groups. This makes for an exciting place to work! The part time Director of Clinical Services at CCR will oversee the clinical aspects of trauma focused treatment, the supervision of interns assigned to CCR and weekly individual counseling sessions for each of the 10 clients.

Clinical Program Manager Job Summary-Part Time 25 Hours per week

The Clinical Program Manager for Pathways For Change at The Clinton Cox Residence is responsible for clinical oversight of the program. The Clinical Program Manager will work closely with the Program Director, leading weekly clinical team staff meetings, insuring compliance with all policies, contracts and regulations; development and implementation of clinical procedures, oversight of participant files, and direct care service delivery.

Credentials, Skills, Abilities, and Experience

  • Master's Degree with three years of experience working with substance abuse and clinical services
  • Florida Licensure Required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills and the ability to work independently and resourcefully
  • Ability to develop and manage quality program(s) within budget
  • Experience in personnel management and staff training
  • Ability to evaluate and assess participant's needs, handle emergencies appropriately, advocate and demonstrate compassion, assisting participants to succeed in the program
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in use of computer for electronic records
  • Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving records. Must meet insurability standards in order to drive if needed
  • Ability to expand revenue sources a plus

Essential Functions

  • Further the development of the CCR Modified Therapeutic Community mode of treatment and the establishment of the strategies for implementation and measures for success
  • Assist staff and interns to comply with all agency policies, procedures and licensing requirements
  • Assist staff to comply with all agency medical record requirements
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of all related data in relevant data system
  • Provide individual clinical supervision to graduate interns assigned to CCR
  • Attend group clinical supervision provided by PFC’s Clinical Director, along with your assigned interns each week
  • Assist staff in developing and attaining services outcome measures for all participants and facilitate outcome measures. Orchestrate the delivery of support services by direct staff and curriculum to meet agency mission and outcomes
  • Assist staff to develop a positive team and excellent community vendor relations

    Company Description

    The Clinton Cox Residence (CCR) is the newest program under the Pathways For Change (PFC) umbrella.  CCR is a beautiful, serene, and safe facility that houses and pours new life into 10 female veterans wanting the chance to break free from the effects of trauma, homelessness, and/or addiction.  The two House Mothers will work together to cover hours when clinical staff are off-duty and to ensure that CCR is a safe and healthy environment for those seeking to be successful in recovery.  Our CCR program uses a Therapeutic Community modality, a recovery orientation, focusing on the whole woman and overall lifestyle changes.  The House Mothers need not have a clinical degree, but they will be part of the clinical team who can help our veterans identify and reach new goals.


    Working Hours and Conditions

    • A twenty-five hour workweek
    • Occasional weekend or evening for special events
    • Light physical effort.  Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.  Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day
    • Moderate physical activity
    • Moderate repetitive motions.  Effort applies to approximately 4 hours a day of computer data entry

    This is a part time position with Paid Time Off that accrues each pay period. Rate of pay commensurate with level of experience (range of $25,000 to $30,000 per year).
